1. Can I pay a deposit to secure my date?
We require a £50 deposit per item ordered i.e £50.00 for the starlight/twinkle backdrop and £50 for chair cover hire if both are ordered.
2. Do we have to fit the chair covers ourselves?
No our venue stylists will come on the morning or night before the wedding or event and dress the room, leaving you time to relax and enjoy your day.
3. Does the price include fitting and collection?
The price we quote you includes our full service of chair cover hire, laundering, ironing, delivery, set up and collection. We provide a free set up within a 20 mile radius of our Pontefract postcode, most areas in West and South Yorkshire include free set up but for venues outside this area we apply a small fuel charge. Some areas that include free set up are Pontefract, Wakefield, Castleford, Rotherham, Doncaster.
4. Can I change my order?
Yes of course, we understand that changes happen and numbers can fluctuate but if your numbers are to change dramatically please inform us so we can adjust our work schedules.
5. Can I cancel my order?
You can at any time cancel your order but the deposit is always non refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of the event happening then 100% of the costs are payable.
6. Do you travel the whole of the UK?
We cover all areas of the UK, We have a dedicated team based in South London but can provide a service throughout the whole of the UK for a nominal fuel charge. If accommodation is required we are happy to stay in a budget hotel to reduce your costs.
7. How do I know your chair covers will fit?
We always pre check with venues in advance to see if our chair covers will fit. Our Lycra chair covers will fit any chair including larger banqueting chairs, and the padded leather/suede chairs that lots of venues are using. For those booking the loose/polycotton chair covers these will only fit standard banqueting chairs so we will always check with the venue beforehand to avoid any mishaps.

At Bijou we promise to not sell you something you don’t want or "need" just to make a sale. Our aim is to exceed all your expectations in every single way.
9. What colour are your chair covers?
Our lycra chair covers come in black, white and ivory, our cotton or loose fit covers come in white only. All our covers are freshly laundered and well maintained, and our cotton covers are always ironed and steamed before each wedding or event.
